At Prime Focus Shipping, we aim to provide quality packaging and shipping products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund policy below.

1. Return Eligibility

Products may be eligible for return if:

  • The return request is submitted within 7 days of delivery
  • The product is unused and in original condition
  • The product is returned in original packaging

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Used products
  • Opened packaging supplies
  • Customized or personalized packaging products
  • Clearance or final-sale items

3. Return Request Process

To request a return:

  2. Include your order number and reason for return
  3. Provide photos if the product is damaged or incorrect

Once approved, return instructions will be provided.

4. Refund Process

After receiving and inspecting the returned item:

  • Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

5. Shipping Costs

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was incorrect or damaged

6. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive:

  • A damaged item
  • An incorrect product

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photos.

We may offer:

  • Replacement product
  • Store credit
  • Full or partial refund depending on the issue

7. Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placement.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellation may not be possible.

8. Refund Exceptions

Refunds may be denied if:
